Eric completed both his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology degrees at the University of British Columbia. Growing up heavily involved in sport, Eric has always been interested in human movement and performance. Believing in the value continuing education, Eric has taken a number of post-graduate courses including Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), acupuncture (CAFCI), advanced manual therapy courses from the Canadian Orthopaedic Division and is working towards his Sport Physiotherapy designation. For the past 4 years, Eric has been the Physiotherapist of the UBC Men’s Baseball team and previously was the Physiotherapist of the Canadian Men’s Field Hockey team.
Eric is committed to providing individualized, goal-oriented care, consisting primarily of manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education. He has a special interest in sports injuries, lower extremity (Hip, Knee, Ankle) injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and shoulder & elbow rehabilitation of the overhead athlete. Eric works with patients of all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on youth athletes and baseball players.
